Description
Explore Ranthambore National Park, one of India’s most celebrated wildlife reserves. Nestled between the Aravalli and Vindhya hill ranges, this park was once the royal hunting ground of the Maharajas of Jaipur. Today, it’s renowned for being one of the best places in the world to see wild tigers in their natural habitat.
Named after the ancient Ranthambore Fort, which majestically overlooks the reserve, the park blends rich cultural history with a thriving wilderness ecosystem. The landscape is a mosaic of dry deciduous forests, open grassy meadows, deep gorges, rocky ridges, and serene lakes — a perfect backdrop for wildlife viewing and photography.
Choose between a Jeep Safari (6-seater) or a Canter Safari (20-seater) to explore the park. Safaris are conducted twice a day — morning and afternoon, and are booked in advance through the Rajasthan Forest Department. The park is divided into 10 safari zones, each offering unique terrain and chances of wildlife encounters.
